Guidelines
House Rules
- • Children 8–12 charged at ₹1,125 per night. Under 7 stay free.
- • No pets — wildlife area.
- • No in-room TV or telephone — we keep the space quiet.
- • No guest access to kitchen — all meals served in dining hall.
- • No room service. Please respect check-out time.
Policy
Cancellation
- • No refund within 7 days of check-in.
- • 50% refund for cancellations 8–14 days before check-in.
- • 90% refund for cancellations before 21 days.
- • No refunds during peak blocks (May 1–June 15 and Dec 24–Jan 2).

- ✓ From Bengaluru: approximately 6-7 hours by road (travel time varies by route and traffic).
- ✓ Nearest railway stations: Mysuru or Mangalore, followed by taxi to Kadamakolli.
- ✓ Transfers: we can help arrange local pick-up and drop on request.
