kadamakoli Resort - The Cottages offers a panoramic view of the mountains , meandering streams and inhale the fragrance of the coffee blossom, listen to a live symphony of bees, enjoy the dance of sunlight and shade on the myriad evergreen trees. Our standard cottages or independent house are a perfect place for you to rest after a wonderfully relaxing day. These rooms are furnished with local material, in-house paintings, and verandahs that skirt the forest. With beautiful natural scenery from your porch.

Camp SiteTents

Tents are optional for those who want to be one with the serene nature. At nightfall you can be around the campfire by the river. Campsite tents or Pitched tents are Water proof tents, is a two member tents pitched over the lawn comfortable for a group of boys who prefer to stay in tents.

Special Instructions!

  • Children between the age of 8 to 12 yrs are charged @ Rs.1125.00 per night
  • Kids below 7yrs complimentary
  • No room service is offered.
  • Guest are not allowed to use the kitchen.
  • All meals will be served at the dinning room in the Estate House.
  • Please respect the check-out time as the rooms need to be cleaned before the next check-in. In case of delay in check-out, guests will be charged an extra day's stay.
  • Pets are not allowed as this is a wildlife area.

NOTE: Accommodations reserve the right to refuse admission without refund if the special instructions are not respected.

Note - There is no Television, no Telephone and no Music in the rooms to invade the peace and quiet of the surroundings. This creates an atmosphere of utter serenity, which is as refreshing as it is rare. Here you hear the true sounds of the jungle coming alive at night and the melody of birds as the sun rises. Kadamakolli resort accommodations are non a/c. The accommodations are scattered in the property.

Cancellation Policy & Procedure

  • No refund if cancellation is effected within 7 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 8 - 14 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 90% refund will be issued for all cancellations effected before 21 days.
  • No refund between May 1st to June 15th and Dec 24th to Jan 2nd.
